Exploring Globally Responsible Leadership (GRL) is a tailored introductory workshop for corporations and business schools seeking tounderstand and integrate GRL concepts into their training initiatives and course offerings.

 

 

 

 


Description

Sustainability of the planet and the need for globally responsible leadership comprise the nextgreat driving force for organisations and societies over the next decade. Businesses in particular must recognize that unless they start to focus on these issues, they will become irrelevant. The business case for responsible action gets stronger by the day. Corporations and business schools must learn how to engage our leaders -- current and future -- to understand this message and to drive for solutions. In response, demand is growing for programmes that integrate deeper understanding of sustainability into leadership training and management education.

This interactive, educational, half-day workshop is designed to:

  • Increase awareness & understanding of GRL
  • Provide insights, cases, and tools for use with managers or students
  • Illustrate one company's journey toward GRL
  • Demonstrate how this workshop can be used internally by GRLI Partners
