Developing the Company of Tomorrow - Today |
|
Dear Partners in the GRLI
The business development programme entitled 'Developing the Company of Tomorrow - Today' is now being actively promoted throughout our network. It is an excellent reflection of our work from the perspectives of both being active on all continents and from our roots of being co-founded by the European Foundation for Management Development and the UN Global Compact.
The opportunity to participate in the programme is being made available through direct communication with key individuals and company networks.
The attached brochure explains that this programme is of value to high potential individuals on a personal level and to their organisations. Individuals who fit the profile are the newly emerging influential leaders in their company. They will have been given (or could be given) a significant project to help catalyse the company into a new direction. These projects are never easy and almost always involve working across many functions. This is one of the reasons why we are asking companies to put forward two people rather than one. It gives more force to the catalytic activity and increases the likelihood of success. The overall approach we are taking relative to anything else we have seen is both more holistic and more entrepreneurial. With that in mind I encourage you to forward this to those in your networks who would wish to know of this unique programme and especially to key individuals in companies with whom you have a relationship.
If your contacts are interested in being selected for this initiative please do not hesitate to encourage them to have an initial discussion with one of the programme directors, either Bjorn Larsson or Nick Ellerby. Their details may be found in the attached brochure or on the website - www.companyoftomorrow.org
Best wishes Mark Drewell Chairman Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI)
