Why?
In today’s increasingly interconnected world Corporate Global Responsibility may be the strategic business driver that will separate the winners from the less successful in the next decade.

What?
We offer an in-company version as well as consortium version of this programme aimed at speeding up the transformation towards becoming a globally responsible business.

We build on the best GRLI can offer and invite middle managers and emerging leaders reporting to the leadership of a company.

We only accept a powerful and selected group that is mandated by their respective company.

A selection panel of representatives from the GRLI community will assure a qualified group of participants in the consortium version of the programme.

In both the in-company version and the consortium version we give preference to teams bringing on board a company specific challenge or opportunity that has strategic priority and needs to be addressed.

How?
The programme consists of three modules that build on each other. They can be applied in a flexible way depending on the level of ambition within a company or a consortium of companies. The first module can be used stand-alone to set off actionable options for strategic development and change. All three modules can be applied to secure action, implementation and measurable results.
