Goal - Description: Create a win-win partnership between North and South organization about the issue of Negotiation; help the pacification process in Burundi by: - educating mediators and enabling them to be catalytic agents of the reconciliation process
- studying how post-trauma syndromes can be managed to enable some negotiating processes
- testing in extreme conditions the robustness of some negotiating and mediating processes

1st report - April 06 Many seminars have been hold both in Africa and at ESSEC. Educators of future Mediators have been trained, in numbers of hundreds. United Nations are confirming their trust in ESSEC for helping this fascinating process of reconciliation.
