Increase the commitment of a business school |
... towards social justice, through education of brilliant and poor high school students Key theme: Cultural Change in Organisations Type: Execution
Goal - Description: GRL cannot develop if business educators give up with their social responsibility mission, and only consider themselves and their school as proposing efficient tools for success. Therefore, the commitment of the school as an institution, of academics and of students towards social justice is of prime importance. Specifics:
- provide an opportunity to brilliant and poor students to envisage long and demanding studies, while they often don’t dare to do so, imposing themselves an early glass-ceiling
- provide an opportunity for elite business school students to discover some difficult social realities
- extend a local experience to a national ambition
Deliverables with time frame: Start date: 10/2001
