Deliverables with time frame: Dates: GUTS for April and October 2008 1st Update - September 2006 Induction processes ran twice in Brussels through 2006, bringing into the GRLI over 20 new partners 2nd Update - October 2007 Agreed that Nick Ellerby would lead the design of the 24 hour 'getting up to speed' (GUTS) process prior to the Canada GA. The idea of a briefer process was aired at Leeds and work has resulted in a design that will involve Mark Drewell, Peggy Cunningham, Philippe de Woot and Anders Aspling. There will be 9 of the new representatives participating in the Canada induction process.
Nick will be working with the office of the general secretary in preparation for both April and October 2008. |
